Constitution of AISA GSCASH
As part of the movement for ensuring gender equality in every social space, AISA demanded and worked for institutions like GSCASH in all workspaces. The movement for gender equality has also time and again emphasized the need to battle patriarchy and sexism within progressive spaces and organizations.
All India Students’ Association in its 9th National Conference held in November 2019 has passed a resolution for the formation of an anti-sexual harassment cell and gender sensitization body for the organization. Subsequently in August 2023, after making amendments to its GSCASH Policy, AISA has re-constituted the GSCASH body with a seven-member committee (four internal members and three external members, including the chairperson). A resolution was passed by Central Council to extend the tenure of some of the GSCASH members, whereas some vacancies remain to be filled.

जी एस कैश का गठन
सभी कार्यस्थलों में लैंगिक समानता को सुनिश्चित करने के लिए आइसा अपने आंदोलनों के जरिये कार्यक्षेत्रों में जीएसकैश की बहाली को लेकर मांगे उठाता रहा है। लैंगिक बराबरी के आंदोलनों ने बार-बार कार्यस्थलों तथा प्रगतिशील संगठनों के भीतर होने वाले लैगिंक भेदभाव और पितृसत्ता को खत्म करने की जरूरत पर बल दिया है।
ऑल इंडिया स्टूडेंट्स एसोसिएशन ने नवंबर 2019 में आयोजित अपने 9वें राष्ट्रीय सम्मेलन में संगठन के लिए एक यौन उत्पीड़न विरोधी सेल और जेंडर सेंसटाइजेशन कमेटी के गठन के लिए एक प्रस्ताव पारित किया। इसके बाद अगस्त 2023 में, अपनी जीएसकैश नीति में संशोधन करने के बाद, आइसा ने सात सदस्यीय समिति (चार आंतरिक सदस्य और अध्यक्ष सहित तीन बाहरी सदस्य) के साथ जीएसकैश का पुनर्गठन किया है। केंद्रीय परिषद ने एक प्रस्ताव पारित कर जीएसकैश के कुछ सदस्यों का कार्यकाल बढ़ाने का निर्णय लिया है, हालांकि खाली पदों को भरा जाना फिलहाल बाकी है।
